Jillian makes the sheep cheese for Blue Sage Farm and is the owner of Green Goat Dairy which specializes in chevre and feta goat cheeses. Her uniquely flavored Peppercorn Chevre and Lavendar Fennel Chevre practically have a cult following and were hands down my favorite finds at the farmer’s market this year!
